COOK OF THE YEAR

Andres Gomez - a great chef, also in raw-food. He was part of creating the Parawdiso in Santa Gertrudis, Eivissa in Summer 2008. Thank you Andres - happy new year!


"Raw cuisine is a challange. I want to surprise people with delicate raw vegetarian dishes - it's great to see people after they tried something new. My favorite are the ZUCCHINI SPAGHETTI „PROVENCAL“ - spaghettis made from zucchinis swiveled in an almond sauce, topped with cherry tomatoes and pine nut cheese."
